Product Returns & Refunds

Electronic Components & Kits

We offer a 2-Days return policy for All Electronic Components, Project Kits, and Hardware Purchased from SP Tech Solutions.

  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • All accessories and manuals included
  • Product seal is unbroken (if applicable)
  • Return requested within 7 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • Product has been used or modified
  • Packaging is damaged or discarded
  • Components are missing
  • Physical damage caused by customer
  • Return requested after 7 days

Refund Timeline

Day 1-2: Product inspection upon receipt
Day 2-3: Refund approval & processing
Day 3-5: Amount credited to original payment method

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Workshop Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Here's our workshop cancellation policy:

Cancellation 48+ hours before workshop
Full refund with no questions asked. Cancel anytime up to 2 days before the workshop starts.

Cancellation 24-48 hours before workshop
50% refund of workshop fees. Materials and instructor time already committed.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before workshop
No refund available. You may transfer your seat to another person or reschedule to the next available workshop.

Rescheduling Option: If you can't attend, you can transfer your registration to another participant or reschedule to a future workshop at no additional charge (subject to seat availability).

Workshop Cancellation by SP Tech Solutions

If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You'll receive a full 100% refund
  • Or option to reschedule to next available workshop
  • Notification will be sent at least 24 hours in advance

Custom Projects & Services

Custom projects have a unique refund policy based on project stages:

100% Refund Available

Before Design Work Begins, you can cancel for a full Refund.

Design Phase

50% Refund Available

Design work in progress. 50% charged for time and effort invested.

Development Phase

25% Refund Available

Active development underway. Materials and time committed.

Completion Phase

No Refund

Project completed and delivered. Warranty applies for defects.

Custom Orders: Products customized to your specifications (PCB designs, custom enclosures, etc.) are non-refundable after production begins.

E-books, software, digital tutorials, and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed.
